It's always a problem buying something new for the business, particularly when you have very little time to research it, let alone understand it!
After trawling through many web sites in both Europe and the United States, speaking with all sorts of "I have the solution" salesmen, I was beginning to think there wasn't a solution out there; without going heavily over budget.
I rang CAD2 after viewing their impressive web site (still feeling a little apprehensive). Within a few minutes I realised that they knew what they were talking about. Their knowledge and honest advice gave me the confidence to continue and, frankly, the hardware sold itself.
The next problem was delivery. Against all odds it was delivered exactly a week from the date we ordered.
I handed it over to the final user after installation and within minutes of talking with CAD2 he was outputting his first render, four or five times faster than previous.
We met the initial deadline, after 60 hours of solid rendering with time to spare (it would have normally taken over a week). We won the work and won the clients confidence.
